Services and prices

• Website Setup — $350 one-time: custom mobile-friendly website, call/contact buttons, connection to your domain, two revision rounds, launch help.
• Website + Google Business Profile Setup — $450 one-time: everything in Website Setup, plus Google Business Profile setup and optimization.
• Care Plan — $50/month: hosting management, site upkeep, and content changes you request (batched into update days).

Setup is paid in full through our secure Stripe payment link before work begins. Example: the $450 package plus the Care Plan is $500 due today (the $450 plus the first month), then $50/month.

Delivery

Your website will be live within one week after we receive your photos and information (photos, menu or services and prices, hours). Google controls Business Profile verification, which can be instant or take up to about two weeks.

Google Business Profile

You will add Steady Climb Digital as a Manager on your Google Business Profile. You never share your Google password with us.

Ownership

Once the setup fee is paid in full, you own your finished website and your content. Your domain name is registered in your name and is yours. We keep ownership of reusable tools and templates we use across projects. If service ends, we will provide your website files on request so you can host the site elsewhere.

Refunds

Setup fees are refundable in full if you cancel before work begins. Once work has begun, we refund the portion covering work not yet done. Care Plan payments cover the month ahead and are not refundable once that month has started.

Cancellation

The Care Plan is month-to-month. Cancel anytime by phone, text, or email — no cancellation fee. Your website stays online through the end of the month you have paid for.

Simple terms

Late payment: if a Care Plan payment fails, we will let you know. Service continues through the end of the last paid month.

Not included: ongoing marketing, social posts, review replies, ads, new pages, or redesigns are not part of the Care Plan. Extra work gets a separate price and your approval first.

Your content: you provide accurate business details and only use photos, logos, and text you own or have permission to use.
